Refund Policy

Important: All Sales Are Final

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all fees paid to Mintana are non-refundable. Please review this policy carefully before creating a token.

1. Why Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Mintana processes all fees as blockchain transactions on the Solana network. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is permanent and irreversible — this is a fundamental property of blockchain technology, and no party (including Mintana) has the ability to reverse or claw back a completed on-chain transaction.

When you pay a service fee to Mintana, the transaction is broadcast to the Solana network and confirmed by thousands of validators worldwide. We have no technical mechanism to issue a refund once this process is complete.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Base token creation fee (0.2 SOL)
  • Revoke Mint Authority fee (0.1 SOL)
  • Revoke Freeze Authority fee (0.1 SOL)
  • Vanity/Custom Address fee (0.1 SOL)
  • Creator Info fee (0.1 SOL)
  • Any other optional add-on fees
  • Solana network gas fees (paid to validators, not to Mintana)

3. Exceptions We May Consider

While all sales are generally final, we may — at our sole discretion — provide a goodwill credit or partial resolution in the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our platform.
  • Service failure: Mintana's platform failed to complete the requested service (e.g., token was not created despite a fee being collected) and the fault lies with our system, not the Solana network.
  • Documented network error: A verifiable Solana network failure caused a fee to be collected without service delivery.

To request consideration for any of the above, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your wallet address and transaction signature.

4. Not Financial Advice & Risk Disclosure

  • ⚠️ Cryptocurrency tokens are highly speculative and may lose all value.
  • ⚠️ We make no guarantees about token value, market performance, or success.
  • ⚠️ You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • ⚠️ Mintana is not liable for any losses resulting from token creation or ownership.
  • ⚠️ Token creation does not constitute an investment, security, or financial product.

5. No Custody of Funds

Mintana is a non-custodial service. We do not hold your funds, tokens, or assets at any time. Your wallet remains entirely under your control throughout the token creation process. Service fees are direct on-chain transfers authorized by you via your connected wallet.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Since Mintana operates exclusively with cryptocurrency (SOL), traditional payment chargebacks do not apply. Attempting to dispute an on-chain transaction through a third party will not result in fund recovery, as blockchain transactions are immutable. By using Mintana, you agree not to dispute legitimate service fee transactions.

7. Your Responsibility Before Creating a Token

Before paying any fees, please ensure:

  • You have reviewed all token details carefully (name, symbol, supply, decimals)
  • You understand the implications of revoking mint or freeze authority
  • You are using the correct wallet on the correct network
  • You have sufficient SOL for fees plus network gas
  • You understand cryptocurrency regulations in your jurisdiction

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your transaction will govern that transaction.
