🔒 Mintana does NOT and CANNOT access your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials — ever.

Wallet connection through our platform uses standard Solana wallet adapter technology (such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack). This connection requests only the permission to sign and authorize blockchain transactions that you explicitly initiate and approve. At no point does Mintana receive, store, or transmit your private keys or seed phrase.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Mintana does not collect, store, or process:

  • Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
  • Personal identification documents
  • Credit card or banking information
  • Passwords or authentication credentials
  • Any data that would allow us to access your wallet or funds

3. Information We May Collect

When you use Mintana, we may collect limited, non-sensitive information to operate and improve our service:

  • Public wallet address: Your Solana wallet address is visible on the public blockchain. We may log it for transaction verification purposes.
  • Token metadata: Token name, symbol, description, and image that you voluntarily submit during token creation.
  • Usage data: Anonymized information about how you interact with our website (pages visited, time on site) via standard analytics tools.
  • Contact form data: If you contact us, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry.

4. No Custody of Funds

Mintana is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency or tokens at any time. All transactions are executed directly on the Solana blockchain and approved solely by your wallet. Service fees are collected via on-chain transactions that you authorize; once confirmed, these transactions are irreversible by their nature.

5. Blockchain Transparency

Please be aware that all transactions conducted on the Solana blockchain are permanently public. This includes token creation, token transfers, and service fee payments. Your public wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone on the blockchain. Mintana has no ability to delete or alter blockchain records.

Any information we collect is used solely to:

  • Provide and improve the Mintana token creation service
  • Respond to your support inquiries
  • Monitor platform performance and prevent abuse
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
